Biorhythm Chart & Analysis

What is Biorhythm?

The **Biorhythm** theory is a simple idea that suggests your life is shaped by three main energy waves, or *cycles*, that start the moment you are born and continue in a steady wave-like pattern:

1. Physical Cycle (23 Days)

This cycle is about your body's energy. When the wave is **high**, you have more strength and endurance. When it's **low**, you might need more rest (like exercise or heavy lifting).

2. Emotional Cycle (28 Days)

This cycle affects your mood and sensitivity. A **high** wave means you feel more creative, positive, and social. A **low** wave means you might be easily irritated or need quiet time.

3. Intellectual Cycle (33 Days)

This cycle controls your mind's sharpness. A **high** wave is great for learning new things and solving tough problems. A **low** wave suggests it's a good day for review.

How the Chart Works

Your Biorhythm chart shows these three waves moving up and down between +100% (peak) and -100% (minimum).

  • **High Phase (Positive):** This is your time for peak performance in that area.
  • **Low Phase (Negative):** This is a time for caution, rest, and preparation.
  • **Critical Days (Zero-Crossing):** When a wave crosses the middle line (0%), it's called a **Critical Day**. The theory suggests this is a short time of instability or caution in that specific area.

Important Note

While Biorhythm is fun to track, it is considered a **Pseudoscience**. This means it's a belief that looks like science but hasn't been proven by large scientific studies. **It should only be used for entertainment and self-reflection.**
